Tariffs and Terms of Trading
Chauffeur services, our chauffeur to drive your car.
All preliminary chauffeur bookings placed must be confirmed by email and/or by telephone prior to the booking date.
Charges
Minimum hiring period six hours plus travel allowance of £25 up to a max of 25 miles out side of Henley on Thames. (then a charge of 75p per mile there after each way)
Minimum hiring cost is £150 plus any travelling +£25 per hour after six hours. We do not offer split shifts, charges are rounded up to the next hour.
Bank holidays and any special occasions such as Ascot, Badminton & Wimbledon finals weekend etc.,are charged at a minimum 6 hrs £180 then £30 per hour there part of.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will incur a cancellation charge of £50 if less than 12 hours £75.
Overnight stays.
All accommodation and meals provided plus £10 an hour.
Insurance Cover
It is the responsibility of the client or individual who is hiring the chauffeur to ensure that the appointed chauffeur is covered at least as a named driver on the vehicle to be driven with the clients own insurance broker.
Insurance Indemnity
It is agreed that the specific client(s), have requested Henley Chauffeur to supply chauffeuring personnel to drive the clients own vehicle or boat. Whichever is a applicable, the client therefore clarify that the car or boat is insured against all 3rd party risks as a minimum requirement by law whilst being so driven. The client also agreed to indemnify Henley Chauffeur and the appointed chauffeur concerned against all cost claims and any damage to the clients car/ boat however arising and whatever nature occasioned through any cause in connection with driving of the above car/boat and on all future occasions that are higher contracted is entered between the higher and Henley Chauffeur after the initial service of this important notice.
Exclusions this indemnity excludes any penalty, prosecution or fine solely attributed to the chauffeur while driving the clients car/boat, such as speeding and parking fines committed and similarly and includes any civil or criminal offence committed by the chauffeur whilst so engaged by the said client.

We do have our own homework workers insurance policy to cover us whilst in the clients home, and while looking after any animals.

The information we collect
We collect personal data by telephone when you make an enquiry about a proposed travel requirement, call us or visit us to make a chauffeur-driven travel booking. Your data e.g. your e-mail address, name, home or work address and telephone numbers have been provided to us by you with your consent. Normally you will only provide such details if you are making an enquiry, or booking chauffeured transport with us or if you wish to sign up for our occasional emails.
We also use some analytical tools that can monitor details of your visits to our websites and the resources that you access, but this data will not identify you personally. We do not take payments via our websites. Your payment information (e.g. credit card details) provided when you make a purchase from us is never stored by us. That information is processed securely and privately, where there is no way to avoid taking credit card details they are destroyed immediately.
We may share your personal data with our payment processors, but only for the purpose of completing the relevant payment transaction. Such payment processors will no use your personal data, except to provide these necessary payment services to us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and payment information.

We always take every precaution to protect your data that you have given us whilst booking with us and it is always kept password protected. We never use or disclose your personal data. You can request that we remove your personal data from our database by contacting via the contact form.

The information you send via our contact and enquiry forms or email via the internet is never completely secure. Although we will always do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data while you are transmitting it to our site; any such transmission is at your own risk
